Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Booking and Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is $100 required to secure your permanent makeup appointment. This deposit will be credited to your balance at the end of your scheduled service. Due to the nature of this service, a time block of 3 hours is reserved per client appointment.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments in credit/debit cards, cash, checks, venmo, cash app. All payments must be made in full on the day of your permanent makeup appointment.

Pricing: Permanent makeup pricing is based on various factors, including design complexity, size, and placement. The final cost will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the permanent makeup process.

Changes and Modifications: Any additional design changes or modifications requested during the permanent makeup session may incur additional charges. These will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask for at least 48 hours notice, if you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Rescheduling without Fee: Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours notice without incurring a cancellation fee.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time, your appointment deposit is non-refundable/non-transferrable and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment time.

If you cancel your appointment at least 48hrs prior to your appointment, you will be allowed to RESCHEDULE ONLY ONCE to a new appointment time. Multiple attempts to reschedule are not acceptable and your deposit will be forfeited.

Unforeseen Emergencies: In case of unforeseen emergencies, we understand that cancellations may be unavoidable. Please contact us as soon as possible at 216-200-7919, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
